OM Autoelectro having an expert team for any type of breakdown/troubleshooting & maintenance of the SMT equipment running in the market. You can avail this service on AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) basis. Our service experts, who are well trained, make us able to serve and satisfy our clients on every stage of service. OM Autoelectroprovides AMC facility on very competitive charges. We keep stock of SMT spare parts & consumables & ability in house repairs those parts which are not available in the market to support our valuables customer during any machine breakdown. We are committed to provide service under AMC throughout the year (24 Hrs*365 days). We are dedicated to support customer within 24 hours of breakdown under AMC in any region.
OM Autoelectro also provides ODB (On-Daily Basis) services, wherein the customers can register their-self for SMT equipment with OM Autoelectro on an Annual basis. Customer has to pay nominal charges for this product ODB for registration. Under this contract, registered customer enjoys priority service visits to attend the breakdown, which reduces the machine down-time and production loss can be minimized considerably in case of breakdowns.OCB (On-call Basis) services are for those customers, who are not covered under either AMC & ODB. Under this OCB service we will provide telephonic help service throughout the complete Year (24 Hrs*365 days).Calibrations for SMT equipment & Feeders are provided at very low cost. We do have latest calibration tool to perform all, also provide the calibration certificate for that.OM Autoelectro also provides SMT machine overhauling service to customers, those who wants their SMT machines to fine tune for smooth product run. MOS product contains the full maintenance of machine with calibration & replacement of required parts.OM Autoelectro provides training for the SMT machines at customer site. The operational, maintenance & basic troubleshooting trainings are provided on very nominal cost at client’s site.
